April is National Sexual Assault Awareness month. Come to a forum with survivor personal stories, a panel discussion featuring Maryland political leaders, prosecutors and medical professionals, as well as an advocacy and action plan.
There will be an open discussion on sexual assault and awareness. The guest panel will discuss the legislative priorities to improve Maryland’s response to survivors, help to bring offenders to justice, and end sexual violence. There will also be a question and answer segment to allow attendees an opportunity to voice their concerns.
