A Progressive Future NOW

Maryland NOW meets annually to adopt program priorities for the coming year, elect officers and explore today’s issues with speakers and our sister NOW members.

Discussion of issues and resolution ideas for the coming year. Areas of the meeting space will be designated for groups working on resolutions.
3:00 Business Meeting II

  • Announcement of Election Results
  • Officer Reports – President, VP Action, Treasurer, Maryland NOW PAC  (5 min each)
  • Consideration of Resolutions
  • Discussion of plans for the coming year: Legislative initiatives, matters stemming from resolutions that have passed
4:00 Conference Adjourns
If desired, discussion can continue after the adjournment time, but no votes may be taken on any pending questions.  All pending questions will be referred to the Maryland NOW State Council.

Registration and Voting

Conference Registration is $35 or whatever you can afford to pay. Lunch is included with all registrations. Onsite registration opens at 9:30 am. You may register the day of the conference but we cannot guarantee the availability of a lunch.

In order to vote in our state officer elections, you must have been a member by March 19. Voting will take place from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm. If you have any questions about the event, please contact AnneArundelNOW@aol.com.
