  3. Why should women, survivors, and families trust your office to exercise enormous discretionary power fairly and responsibly?

Section 4.  Domestic Violence, Coercive Control & Survivor Protection

  1. How should prosecutors distinguish between ordinary family conflict and patterns of coercive control, intimidation, or escalating instability?
