Bylaws Changes
At our conference business session, we will be voting on proposed changes to our bylaws. These changes do not affect anything substantive or change the structure of Maryland NOW in any way. They are a “clean up” operation, designed to reflect the way we do business in an electronic age and based on 50+ years of experience as to how things work.
Here is a copy of the complete bylaws document with the proposed changes included in green, and the proposed deletions shown in red with a strikethrough.
